Methods/Methodology Expert - Design and Build, Brussels

My client is a large international bank seeking an experienced Methods Expert to join a team whose main objective is to implement, deploy and support the methodology aspects related to Design & Build management. You should have a background in Design the banks uses mainly UML.
To build and deliver methodology training/coaching to the Design
To contribute to the on-going improvement of the Design & Build method (guidelines, modelling tools, quality criteria, etc.) keeping in mind the need for consistency of methodology across all the bank's sites.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 5 years experience of Software development life cycle
- Analytically minded, structured thinking,
- Some experience in coaching/training other team members;
- Experience in influencing/leading workshops/creative problem solving;
- Good English oral and written: ability to speak in front of a wide audience and ability to write processes and procedures and to formalize the request from the business.
- Distributed and Mainframe environment tools and techniques

You may have been exposed to process (re)engineering tools and practices, including:

- Knowledge of industry standards (CMMi)
- Knowledge of Datamodelling and BI techniques
- Modelling techniques, (UML knowledge is essential or Bachman);

Knowledge of at least 2 modelling tools (some knowledge of Mega would be nice to have);
Design requirements specifications gathering;

LANGUAGES: English (also some French would be a plus).
