OVERVIEW:

- Responsible for evaluating, collecting metrics and architecting a new Exchange 2013 Messaging System
- Manage 3rd party applications and services (email archiving, anti-virus and spam filtering)
- Develop scripts to automate routine task
- Work with each department management team to configure and implement full messaging services such as shared calendaring, group scheduling, group project and management tools, and other features and capabilities
- Provide leadership in planning, designing, and implementing business plans with information technology strategies
- Work with end user groups to identify technical solutions to business problems or inefficiencies
- Evaluate existing systems and/or user needs and makes recommendations
- May lead and direct the work of others
- Typically reports to a head of a unit/department

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have experience in a large enterprise wide and global environment of 7,000+ users
- 7+ years experience working with Exchange, including versions 2007 and 2010 as well as upgrading and migrating Exchange platforms
- Minimum of 7 years experience working in depth with Active Directory Mobile messaging platforms and multiple mobile OS
- Experience in a mixed virtual and physical infrastructure
- Experience with Blackberry and ActiveSync
- Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude expected
