Messaging and Callobration Specialist

SC Cleared messaging and collobration specialist, exchange 2003- 2010, OCS, Lync, Blackberry (BES), enterprise vault, VMware.

Our client a leading IT outsourcing company are looking to recruit a SC cleared Messaging and callobration specialist on an initial 3 month contract based in either Runcorn OR Winnersh depending on which project assigned too.

CORE DUTIES

The range of activities and tasks to be undertaken by the Technical Specialist include:
* Investigate and resolve problems
* Liaise with software and hardware suppliers
* Plan and undertake changes to software/hardware as agreed with the customer with strict adherence to all change control policies and procedures
* Install and test application software and associated products in conjunction with the Technical Design Architects and application providers to ensure that each element of a project performs to specification. * Contribute to the implementation of new and modified systems in conjunction with clients to achieve identified benefits
* Assist with the implementation and maintenance of a standard methodology for the planning and installation of infrastructure
* Prepare and produce systems documentation in accordance with our client and ISO9001 or other quality definitions policies and procedures
* Contribute technical support on projects to enhance systems within project team
* Provide technical input to internal project teams, both within and outside own functional area
* Effectively monitor specific infrastructure services and identify improvements and preventative maintenance interventions.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

- Strong experience within Exchange 2003 & 2010 especially in a clustered environment
- Support of both/either of OCS or Lync, as well as Blackberry (BES) &Enterprise Vault
- Desirable Tech Skills: High and Low level Design experience & VMWare
