Mental Health Practitioner - Adult Integrated

Our client has a job vacancy for a Mental Health Practitioner to work within an Adult Integrated Team based in Newmarket. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is 22-23 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
- Providing professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care within agreed parameters.
- Promoting health for a names service user or group.
- Coordinating the care and assessment under the Care Programme Approach of a designated caseload.

Requirement:
All applicants must have at least 1-2 years recent post registration experience working within mental health. Experienced care coordinators to do group work and follow up patients in the community and carry out psychology and nursing interventions.
