50%: As part of the operational team, you:
Investigate incidents reported by your team members
Investigate reported incidents and problems
50 %: As part of the project team under the supervision of the project leader and technical lead participate in the tasks at hand. Take the role of technical lead on smaller projects.
Required knowledge:
Protocols, thorough understanding of:
TCP/IP stack
DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP(s), FTP
VPN: IPSec, SSL
SSL PKI
Technology, thorough knowledge of:
Juniper: Netscreen (ISG, SSG), SRX, JunOS
Fortinet: Fortigate
Palo Alto: PanOS
Bluecoat forward Proxy
Infoblox DNS/DHCP
Optional knowledge:
