MEDICAL WORKFORCE SPECIALIST
EAST MIDLANDS - 3 months - 3 DAYS A WEEK
IMMEDIATE START £350-£450 A DAY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a experienced Medical Workforce Specialist to assist a NHS Trust with review processes and ensuring they are in line with national standards.

Main Duties include:

Medical workforce planning and management of key performance indicators
Provide good practice HR services to enable the divisions delivery of workforce targets
Medical workforce performance framework
Appraisal and revalidation
Job Planning Framework aligned to productivity
Partner to Medical education and lead employer to enable the Trust to attract trainee medical staff of high calibre
Delivery of Medical workforce QIPP targets
Explore and evaluate medical workforce development solutions, including the development of non-medical roles
Develop and share best practice in regards to medical workforce development.

The ideal candidate must possess demonstrable experience at a senior level within Medical Workforce and the NHS.
