MEDICAL SCIENTIST - IMMUNO-ONCOLOGY

6 MONTH CONTRACT

ALDERLEY PARK OR CAMBRIDGE BASED

Jake Phillips is recruiting for a MEDICAL SCIENTIST to work on a fixed 6 month contract with a global pharmaceutical company based at either their Cambridge or Alderley Park sites.

THE ROLE

The main responsibilities will include:

- Primarily work on one Phase IIb study
- Prepare protocol for new study
- Support writing regulatory documents
- Review study data
- Have responsibility for determining the commercial and scientific viability of drugs
- Ensure there is adequate input into the drug development process from experts in each of the various areas of drug development

THE CANDIDATE

The successful applicant will have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

- Experience on Immuno-Oncology studies,
- Late phase study experience (Phase IIb onwards)
- Ideally Lung experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional setting
- Experience managing and interpreting the results of clinical trials as well as exposure to writing protocols to some degree.
