Medical Recruitment Consultant

Abilott Medical is a newly establish recruitment company, set up by the Abilott Group. Abilott Medical is designed to be specialist requirement company setup up to provide the quality and reassurance across the public and private healthcare sector.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to build on the success of the services of Abilott Medical and to be an ambassador of our brand; lead by example and to demonstrate passion and commitment to the company, your team and all involved within Abilott Medical.

We require the services of someone with Healthcare experience who is self-motivated; a self-starter and who wants to become a pillar of a company to maximise business and personal opportunities. Within this industry the rewards can be very lucrative to any aspiring and dedicated individual, and that prospecting consultant will also have number of opportunities to earn generous target based commission.

Some of the duties involve:

- Running a professional, efficient and effective section within our Healthcare Division
- Growing and maintaining existing database of candidates.
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidate for potential positions
- Interviewing and vetting candidates based on there current qualification
- Negotiating pay rates with candidates with clients and candidates
- Keeping up to date with market activity and competitor activity and working with the Management Team to respond and/or lead change.
- Effectively demonstrate and promote brand awareness
- Meet and exceed KPIs Targets

Job Requirements:

- 1-2 years minimal of recruitment experience- Essential
- A proven track record within any area of recruitment
- Medical Recruitment experience
- Excellent negotiator
- Excellent communication skills; phone manner, written and verbal
- Ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Committed to building long standing relationships
- IT and Outlook literate
- Prepare CV's to be distributed to Clients
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Multitasking - via emails, phone calls and other forms of communication
- Bilingual - Desirable
- Prepared to travel to meet clients and candidates
- Prepared to manage a 24hr portfolio
