Medical Editor/Writer II Job

MEDICAL EDITOR/WRITER II needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in South San Francisco, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Create new and/or update existing Medical Communications standard response documents identified by our client's Medical Communications
- Incorporate new product-related medical information and literature, and ensure the accuracy, content, and consistency of style and format of documents according to industry best practices and internal guidelines.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum of one (1) year experience writing for Pharmaceutical or biotechnology or equivalent experience
- Previous Medical Information experience is a plus Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Basic understanding of legal and regulatory topics adequate to describe basis of policies, procedures and review of relevant materials
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and goals
- Business travel, by air or car, may be required for internal business meetings
- Strong attention-to-detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer orientation/focus

- Bachelor's degree in science or health profession Advanced degree in science, health profession, Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent is preferred
