A leading Biotechnology firm in Switzerland is seeking for a Medical Doctor Clinical Science to join their expanding operations in the French speaking part of Switzerland.

The company is specialized in drug discovery and development and is located in the French speaking part of Switzerland. The main focus is on developing therapeutic monoclonal antibodies for inflammatory diseases and immune-related disorders.

The company is looking for a scientist specialized in clinical drug development with proven successful experience across the different development phases. This person, who should ideally be an MD with a background in immunology and/or haematology and/or oncology and/or paediatrics. Experience in the development of monoclonal therapeutic antibodies is certainly a plus. The person will have to gain the trust and the respect, as a peer, of the group of KOLs involved in the development projects.

As a Medical Doctor Clinical Science you are responsible for clinical trial protocol development, including sections related to scientific background and specific study drug information. You will lead the preparation of clinical sections in different strategic documents such as protocol and clinical development plans.

To be successful in this position the candidate will have to have a good entrepreneurial attitude and the understanding that her/his personal contribution to the project will directly impact on the future success of the Biotech Company.

The position will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer.

Excellent communication skills in English written and spoken are a must.
