Serves as the medical monitor of phase 1 studies to ensure that study execution follows GCP and ensures patient safety. This position will be responsible for reviewing all safety data and ensure accurate reporting of study findings. The person in this role will work closely with the study clinician and the clinical pharmacologist to ensure sound study execution. Ability to understand and in conjunction with the study clinician, author study protocols, monitor safety of on-going trials, write study reports and address and understand all safety findings.
