Medical Devices and Packaging Technician

Technician - Medical Devices and Packaging wanted for one of our Basel based clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Several years of work experience as a Technician or equivalent education
- Excellent scientific or technical knowledge of medical devices, packaging, synthetic, analytical and galenical
- Know-how of laboratory/technical tools, software and computer tools
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Organizing, preparing and writing routine scientific experiments along with establishing activities in collaboration with experienced team members
- Documenting raw data besides analysing and describing routine results along with optimizing and recreating existing/published methods
- Managing simple safety and literature searches besides insuring that activities are aligned with entire drug development process
- Identifying experimental issues and providing input on deviations and unexpected results from experiments
- Documenting lab chemicals, intermediates, excipients and solvents along with facilitating deliveries of medical device and packaging in association with other team members
- Contributing strategically and scientifically to networks and target achievements according to network charter and annual objectives
