Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist Job

MEDICAL ASSISTANT'S (MA)/PHLEBOTOMIST needed for a Contract Job opportunity with Yoh's client located in Chattanooga, TN.

-Our client is looking for several MA's/Phlebotomist to assist them in there biometric screenings now and mid November for part time.
-Hours will be Mon- Fri from approximately 7am -10 am and could extend out to 12 noon as the schedule fills up
-Dress code: scrubs, no open toed shoes, no denim uniforms, Must bring stethoscope

THE BIG PICTURE:

- Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist (6-8).

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS: OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MA

- Complete Biometric Screens for employees

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Use Cholestech Machine to read blood
- Measure each patient for height/weight/waste circumference and blood pressure.
- Assist with explain lipid/glucose results
- Stock supplies for the next day.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two plus (2 +) years of experience working in fast paced work environment, accurately checking in and entering patient information.
- Venipuncture, finger sticks and manuel blood pressures

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- CMA or RMA
- CPR Certified
