Mechanical Engineer x 8

A World Leading Electric and Utilities Company has an urgent requirement for 8 x Mechanical Engineer (Mechanical Craftsmen) for a 6 month period in Kincardine.

Working at a Thermal Power Plant as a process team member you will work closely with the Workshop Team Leader and Engineering Office Planner to implement the maintenance strategy for the Plant/Apparatus within your designated area. You will provide maintenance and problem solving skills to meet the requirements of the defined maintenance strategy.

ACTIVITES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)...

- Fault finding and investigative works on mechanical plant
- Carry out routine, preventative and predictive maintenance on mechanical plant.
- Manage Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality issues during the course of undertaking all tasks.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS...

- Suitably experienced in a maintenance role.
- Gained a recognised apprenticeship in a relevant discipline.
- Qualified to City & Guilds/National Certificate as minimum level.
- Safety Passport Scheme
