Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager

My client is a leading Building Controls (BMS) company that requires an experienced M+E Project Manager to work on a long term contract (6 + Months) in Central London.

This position could well turn into a Permanent position as the contract progresses.

The project is the installation of HVAC systems into a number of buildings within London.

Ideally you will have worked on the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems and be able to bring relevant expertise to the projects team.

You will need to have good organisational skills in looking after the Sub Contractors on site while liaising with the Senior Project Director and Client.

Looking after the financials and getting the most of the work force is paramount.

Any experience on BMS projects would be a bonus but ideally a good M+E background is what my client requires.
