Mechanical Designer/Sheet Metal

MECHANICAL DESIGNER/SHEET METAL - CANTON, OHIO - JOB #4925

SALARY RANGE: $20hr to $27hr

A growing Canton area firm is seeking a designer skilled in the use of Autodesk Inventor and experienced with sheet metal/ductwork layout and preferably with air movement.

The primary thrust of this role will be applying existing designs to specific customer applications while identifying design improvements and cost reductions.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

- A minimum of an Associate's Degree (undergraduate engineering degree would be a plus)
- Well demonstrated experience with ductwork design/sheet metal fabrication processes
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Inventor software
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of personnel.

CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND A 10 PANEL DRUG SCREEN.
