Mechanical Designer

I am currently recruiting for a strong Mechanical Design Engineer to work for a client of mine based in Hampshire. It's a fantastic opportunity to work for an organisation who specialise in the luxury yacht industry. Salary TBC upon application. They are small in size but large in terms of the market they operate within. They work very closely with some major boat and luxury yacht organisations and as result of growth require extra resource immediately. This role will be for someone who ideally has an understanding of working in a marine environment but isn't essential. Even better if you have experience working directly for a boat builder involved in the whole design life cycle.. It will be a varied role involving both external and internal design of the boats / yachts and therefore will be suited to someone with a broad skill set. It's a great opportunity for someone who likes to see the finished product in action; there designs go from a blank canvass to navigating in the water. In addition to the above you should also have experience in : - 2D Autocad - Rhino (any other 3D CAD package can be considered) If you have the relevant experience and required skills please get in touch ASAP.
