Electro-Mechanical design team lead position, South wales My client is currently looking for a mechanical design team lead to join there company. You must have the following to qualify for consideration? Extensive product design experience ? * Design of consumer products for high volume manufacture * Industrial design experience, balancing aesthetics and form with reliability and performance * Proficient in the use of 3D design software * A sound knowledge of plastics and injection moulding processes * An competent and proven ability to work within cross functional engineering teams * A good understanding of working within a quality system. * Analytical and problem solving approach * Effective organisational and decisions making skills * Able to work seamlessly with internal and external teams * Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills that are appropriate for various levels, including management, staff, contractors and clients * Demonstrates a positive attitude to change and contributes to new ideas and improved ways of working. * Demonstrate sound work ethics.
