Mechanical Design Engineer - East Midlands - Up to £35K

New opportunity is immediately available for a Mechanical Design Engineer with strong 3D CAD skills to work for a leading engineering company in the Bespoke Product Market.

This is a new roles created through expansion, where you will be working with a first class engineering team that is part of a globally recognised company with international business relationships.

You should have experience working upon. This is a varied role with a strong flow of projects, continuous involvement for concept through to prototypes and manufacture. As a constantly evolving SME you will have a clear creative voice that will be heard.

You will need strong communication, Prototyping, Fabrication, Design, Problem Solving & Creative skills. Ideally you will be experienced in either of the following, precision instruments or have an understanding of gears is a definite advantage. You will have a desire and passion to understand new unfamiliar product lines.

This position has scope for progression into more senior roles.

You will be responsible for the design of bespoke machinery and you should have a working knowledge of Gears, Electronic, Sheet Metal fabrication and Material.
