MASTER DATA SPECIALIST SAP TM - 6 MONTHS + - BASEL, SWITZERLAND

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Master Data Specialist SAP TM m/f to coordinate teams of Corporate Experts to ensure timely and quality master data processing for country rollouts.

Responsibilities

* To understand in detail the SAP TM project methodology and to define the respective guidelines, processes and tools, ensuring that they are maintained and communicated;

* To support the creation and maintenance of master data collection templates;

* To conduct preparation workshops per country project to ensure that the regional

* To support the regional roll-out project managers (RPMs) in planning the master data activities required per country, in accordance with the SAP TM methodology;

* To train regional and/or country data stewards on the templates and processes

* To conduct regular review sessions with the respective project team to track progress, identify risks and issues and to escalate where appropriate;

* To conduct initial reviews of the quality and coherence of the collected data;

* To work with the corporate IT project team to ensure that the correct data is loaded to each relevant system (test, training and production) and that the systems are maintained in a consistent manner;

* To review with the country master data team the data in SAP TM before each critical phase of the project (User Acceptance Testing, End-User Training, Go-Live) to ensure it is fit for purpose.

Qualifications/Experience

* Relevant experience in similar projects

* Background in freight forwarding/logistics with transferable experience

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite tools

* Awareness of project management related software applications an advantage Skills

* Clear and strong communication skills;

* Project management, planning and organizing skills;

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sense of large amounts of information;

* Culturally sensitive
