Maximo Functional (work/Asset Management Modules in Maximo 7.5) Job

MAXIMO FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECT (WORK AND ASSET MANAGEMENT MODULES) needed for an 18 MONTH PLUS CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY with Yoh's Energy client located in CHARLOTTE, NC.

- Expertise in Maximo work and asset management modules version 7.5

What You'll Be Doing:
- Client requires a functional solution architect to WORK ON THE GENERATION CONSOLIDATION EFFORT implementing on Maximo 7.5.
- The functional architect will participate in the Generation business process design workshops and primary responsibility for the Fit Gap analysis and Maximo object inventory as part of the analyze phase.
- POST ANALYZE PHASE THE FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING FUNCTIONAL DESIGN DOCUMENTS.
- Attending and participating Generation business process workshops. Provide working demos of Maximo 7.5 to our business team.
- Reviewing and interpreting business requirements. Perform a fit gap analysis of the business requirements to Maximo functionality.
- PROVIDE FUNCTIONAL SOLUTIONS IN MAXIMO 7.5 BASED ON THE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS. DEVELOP A MAXIMO OBJECT INVENTORY BASED ON THE PROPOSED SOLUTION.
- Contribute to estimating the COMPLEXITY OF THE MAXIMO OBJECT INVENTORY.
- DEVELOP A FUNCTIONAL DESIGN DOCUMENT FOR MAXIMO APPLICATION CHANGES, INTERFACES, REPORTS OR CONVERSIONS. FUNCTIONAL DESIGNS MUST HAVE TRACEABILITY BACK TO SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS CAPTURED.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Detailed knowledge of WORK AND ASSET MANAGEMENT MODULES IN MAXIMO 7.5.
- Knowledge of Maximo configuration and security.
- Understanding of the extent to which Maximo can be modified/customized to solve business requirements.
- Understanding of the use TRM.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Supply Chain processes in Maximo 7.5.
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to query Maximo 7.5 database on Oracle.

*The analyze/functional design phase and the subsequent role will go through August of 2015.
