One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Maturity Assessment Consultant

PLEASE FIND SOME DETAILS BELOW:

Candidates do not necessarily have to have Lead-to-cash background, just quite experienced in sales transformation with Ericsson background is ok.

The requirement for the expert:

- Experiences in Sales transformation capability maturity assessment
- Hands-on experience in Ericsson or other relevant companies
- Experiences in value/outcome assessment for transformation programs
- Experiences in process quality operation and improvement.

The purpose of the engagement:

- Measure the business and operation outcome of LTC transformation.
- Assess the current status of the LTC capabilities against the leading practice.
- Encourage and drive the continuous improvement of LTC capabilities.

The current situation:

- Our client developed a TPM(Transformation Performance Measurement) method 2 years ago to assess the LTC (lead to cash) capabilities. client team hope us to output a LTC capability maturity assessment method leveraging the current method with our external leading practices from other companies (eg Ericsson, Cisco), and align with the in-development TAM model.
