Material Handlers Job

MATERIAL HANDLERS needed for a CONTRACT position with Yoh's client located in UPPER MT. BETHEL, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Material handling experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work twelve (12) hour rotating shifts 6:00 to 6:00 four (4) days a week

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Transferring cylinders/skids outside and inside the plant
- Responsible for housekeeping in designated areas of the plant
- Transfer material to different processes in the plant
- General maintenance and cleaning throughout the plant and parking lot
- Assist other departments in moving material when necessary
- Assist other departments in various miscellaneous duties when needed
- Lifting bags of materials onto skids
- Adheres to all safety and quality guidelines
- Work overtime, weekends and different shifts when necessary
- Reactor cleaning
- Perform basic cylinders operations
- Use of respirators when required

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Preferred two (2) or more years of specialty gas chemical maintenance or manufacturing
- Preferred two (2) or more years transporting and handling of toxic materials
- High school Diploma or GED
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and operate independently
- Experienced in using the aisle stacker, forklift, and electric pallet jack a plus
- Able to lift 50+ Pounds
- Able to wear full face respirators
