Material Handler/Laborer/Warehouse Worker/Research Support Job

MATERIAL HANDLER/LABORER/WAREHOUSE WORKER/RESEARCH SUPPORT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in LAWRENCE, KS.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Must be comfortable using electronic data collection devices such as iPad or iPhone and computers.
- Must be able to tolerate repeated stooping and bending as well as repetitive lifting of bags weighing one to three pounds.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Workers will be assisting with hand harvest of soybean plots in the field.
- They will be pulling individual plants and placing them in a mesh bag.
- At other times they may be in the warehouse all or part of the day assisting with sorting and labeling bags of seed.
- Additional duties my include packaging seed, sorting seed packets, assisting with warehouse cleanup and threshing of plant material as needed.
