Material Engineer

Location: Venlo

Duration: 6 months with option of extension

Required languages: Dutch/English

Introduction:
Part of our Research & Development organization, the Materials & Device Technology Development Center (MDTD) assures the development of competitive products by realizing the involved print (imaging) processes with the right print quality, reliability, time to market and cost structure. MDTD is also responsible for development and engineering of strategic consumables (eg ink) and modules, essential elements in our printing process. This includes design and realization of the process technology.

Position's mian tasks:
- development of new rubber/polymer parts
- engineering fabrication processes
- alignment of specifications with project
- development of measuring methods.

Required area of education:
Bachelor/Masters in the field of chemistry/chemical technology. Specialization in materials or polymers.

- pragmatic and result-oriented without compromising the quality of the work.

Behavioral skills:
- good social and communication skills
