MARKETING STRATEGY MANAGER - LEADING FINANCIAL COMPANY

As part of an ongoing marketing project, a company renowned across the UK for delivering excellent customer service within the financial sector is looking to take on an experienced Marketing Strategist with a developed understanding of Customer Insight function.

This is a great opportunity to get involved with and contribute to projects targeted specifically at improving the service that is being delivered to the company's customers by developing a strategic marketing plan to meet pre set commercial objectives.

AS A MARKETING STRATEGY MANAGER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Working closely with the Senior Strategy Manager along with the Credit Card, Marketing and Customer Insight teams to formulate a customer centric blow-the-line formula to meet pre agree targets.
- Coordinating the delivery of all the below-the-line resources within on of the UK's leading financial providers to the agreed timescales whilst monitor the performance and results of the delivery process
- Liaising directly with stakeholders up to a senior level, offering solutions and recommendations throughout

AS A MARKETING STRATEGY MANAGER YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- Exceptional communication skills to enable others to understand complex specialist terminology
- In planning and organisation, managing complex and varied workloads
- Liaising with stakeholders up to a Senior level

You will also have previous experience working with either Credit Cards or another financial services product in a professional marketing environment which will give you an in depth understanding of the projects scope.
