Marketing Manager Value & Pricing

Moore's Law is a law of economics - while transistors are getting ever smaller, wafer processing costs increase. As long as the shrink is larger than the cost increase, the costs per transistor go down and value is created. Through understanding of the contribution of Lithography and other processing to the costs of a wafer, the Marketing Manager defines price targets for new products and services supporting the Product Roadmap from an economic perspective. The role of Lithography versus other Wafer Processing equipment, thus the position of the company versus peers like Applied Materials, Lam Research, KLA-Tencor and others is becoming increasingly important.

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Drive the Product Roadmap and Strategic decision making through
-cost and affordability projections, defining price targets for the products and services -analysis and monitoring of the position in IC manufacturing value chain
-Support communication with the Investor Community through Investor Relations department
-Contribute to or lead strategic projects for the Strategy Office, such as product portfolio strategies, Business Line strategies, Semiconductor ecosystem economics and customer Business Model analysis.

EDUCATION

-Financial with technical interest, or Engineer with business experience
-Business degree (MSc econometrics, business economics, MBA, etc)
-Engineering degree and or relevant IC industry work experience is an advantage

3-5 years working experience
