Marketing Manager - Business Analyst - Marketing - B2C - Stakeholder Management - Business Case - Utilises

Our well known Energy provider requires a Marketing Manager to join their team in Hove to put together a Marketing plan business Case for payments. This will include significant Customer Research, Customer Journey and Workshop Planning which will contribute to working out a new way of how customers pay for their utilities

Responsibilities:

- Implement customer research/insight for payment methods and digital services and shape and build a complex business case to inform key decisions
- Define the desired customer experience and map the journeys through workshop planning and facilitation

Experience:

- Extensive experience working with a variety of stakeholders across a B2C business and Smart Metering Programme
- Experience with market techniques and a proven track record creating and managing a Business case
- Experience of customer led design that has a large systems impact and working on IT programmes
- Previous experience working in a large regulated environment
