Marketing Manager

I am delighted to be working in partnership with one of the UK's market leaders in the loyalty and reward space who are currently seeking an experienced and talented Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead large scale retention programmes.

The successful Loyalty Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to work with some of the most successful and well-established organisations on a national and global scale, driving and taking ownership of complex campaigns and channel communications.

Key skills and experience required;
*Extensive marketing experience in the loyalty and/or CRM tools and disciplines
*Strong background in direct, indirect, mass and digital marketing
*Proven track record in creating marketing plans and driving the implementation, tasking control the full programme life cycle, strong 'hands on' approach
*Strong understanding of email marketing principles, methods and platforms
*A strong background in either retail, eCommerce, banking or payments would be highly advantageous
*Excellent project management capabilities
*Significant analytical expertise, data driven with strong understanding of marketing principles and strategy
