Marketing Data Executive

Our client, an online gaming giant, is currently recruiting for a Marketing Data Executive to join their team in Hammersmith, initially on a 3 month contract

OVERVIEW:

- This role's primary objective is to execute the delivery of targeted customer retention communications as defined by the Gaming Unit in order to retain active Customers and prevent their churn.
- The communications work across e-mail, web message (WM), push notification (mobile devices), SMS and direct mail (DM).
- The role is required to deliver value to the business through effective and efficient CRM operations.
- The role will also help facilitate and organise campaign delivery through the clients 3rd party supplier.
- Specialist knowledge of the IBM Unica suite preferable but not essential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To set-up, build and QC marketing campaigns using the relevant marketing tools (tools to include: IBM Unica Campaign, IBM Unica eMessage, FastStats).
- Assist the CRM team with campaign delivery planning
- Assist the Gaming Business Unit with campaign reporting and analysis
- Help manage external suppliers, agencies and bureaux
- Build relationships to reinforce the Delivery Team's expertise in the area of database marketing

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Strategic understanding of CRM principles (ideally developed & demonstrated through previous experience within marketing roles at other companies)
- Experience in marketing data manipulation and campaign selections
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Good commercial acumen and a strong focus on achieving measurable goals
- Experience in a fast-paced B2C marketing environment
