MARKETING CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER - £400/DAY - BOURNEMOUTH

The candidate could be an Interim Marketing Manager with process improvement and project experience. The successful candidate will be required to work on a number of initiatives within our Marketing Transformation Programme, beginning with a key assignment to improve our regional marketing planning capability.

Role:

- Works directly with operational teams to define improved ways of working for marketing prioritisation, planning and execution
- Develops a marketing planning toolkit to be rolled out across all regional marketing operations
- Uses recognised continuous improvement techniques to drive process efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitates workshops to define processes and ways of working (both 'as is' and 'to be')
- Makes business processes, tools and associated documentation available to the regional marketing operations through our selected process management system, Nimbus
- As required, supports User Acceptance Testing of any technology solutions that are delivered as part of the programme
- Engages effectively with regional teams to ensure that changes are adopted at the operational level

Skills:

- Strong and detailed knowledge of marketing processes
- Challenging and questioning in a way that engages with the business
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Able to translate business needs into clearly defined requirements
- Well organised, good at planning and managing own workload
- Broadly skilled in IT and communications technology

Experience:

- Recognised marketer, experienced in marketing planning and operations
- Relevant experience in continuous improvement/process improvement work in a programme/project environment
- Used to working directly with executive and senior management stakeholders
- 'Front line' experience in facilitating change through business teams
- Construction Industry experience would be beneficial, but not essential

We are looking to get someone on board straight away, so anybody with a notice period of more than two weeks won't be eligible.
