Marketing & Communications Manager

RoleMarketingcommunications and PR.
*Working with the rest of the Communications team to ensure the alignment of internal and external messages in the implementation of all marketing and communications activity and materials produced.

Experience required:
*Strong background in marketing and PR, bringing with them an established network of contacts in these areas to ensure there are external channels open to keep up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques and trends
*A demonstrable ability to turn abstract communications concepts and objectives into tangible actions, plans and campaigns, and the establishment of key performance metrics for assessing the success of those campaigns
*Experience of leading and managing creative campaigns across a wide variety of channels including social media, press, publications, events and digital, and aimed at a range of stakeholders including the business sector
*Proven experience of working with a number of creative agencies and other similar delivery partners in delivering strategic communication objectives, including the development and issuing of commercial contracts
*Excellent communication and relationship building and networking skills
*Experience of developing and running partnerships with organisations who have similar communications objectives or projects
*Proven writing skills
*Organised and able to prioritise and work under pressure
*Knowledge and understanding of stakeholder engagement tools and techniques
*Experience of using social media
*Degree or equivalent qualification
