Marketing Campaign Specialist

We're looking for a MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS/CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST who can act as a marketing automation manager. Candidates with Marketo experience and knowledge are strongly preferred.

OVERVIEW

- Measure effectiveness of all campaign initiatives and optimize based on learning
- Develop quarterly and monthly presentations to present to key stakeholders re: campaign successes and upcoming initiatives
- Develop and make presentations to articulate campaign results to a non-analytics-savvy business audience and recommend course of action based on analysis outcomes
- Work in Marketo and Salesforce.com to deliver answers to business questions using reports, analytics and presentations to various audiences
- Support global marketing and gen teams by providing information needed to make critical business decisions in Real Time
- Coordinate with global operations to ensure all reports are consistent with executive dashboards and views at all times

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years Marketo (preferred over similar) marketing automation software experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong understanding in demand generation, digital marketing and enterprise sales methodology with a demonstrated ability to leverage database and marketing analytics to tell a story that clearly demonstrates areas of success and those which need improvement
- Thorough understanding of marketing analytics techniques coupled with a strong business sense, and ability to cross-walk the data-analytics and business functions; speak the language of brand and marketing teams
- Excellent presentation development and organizational skills, as well as copious attention to detail
- Must have exceptional ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities, requiring teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, including developing and delivering on project plans
