Marketing Associate Vaccines (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Responsible for the development and execution of digital and print marketing campaigns and material for vaccines for HCPs and HCC in collaboration with agencies
- Ensure a brand is well positioned and represented across all communication platforms
- Initiate recommendations for improvement on the creative process and identifies opportunities for efficiency
- Work with moderate work direction and are skilled and knowledgeable to the position
- Focus on digital campaigns for vaccines products as well as localization of marketing material created at global or regional level
- Support the launch of a new vaccination cohort for our varicella portfolio
- Implement marketing strategy and plans, including the adaptation of global/regional plans to country’s regulations/needs
- Provide innovation through testing new marketing channels, new types of content and new channel execution strategies
- Contribute to the agile team organized in SCRUM and sprint events.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Natural Sciences, Health Sciences or Economics
- Business/marketing or scientific/medical background with first practical experience in Marketing, Sales, or Medical in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Field-based experience in a function such as Sales, Medical Scientific Liaison or similar
- Very strong German communication skills (C2 level) and proficient English knowledge. French knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong communicationexperience in agile methodologies would be a plus ; experiences with social media campaigns and agency collaboration as well as google ads ; data & analytics experience also an asset.
