WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Assertive and independent thinking in daily work and decision-making; undertake all aspects of work with a sense of urgency.
- Advise internal staff on communication issues, ensuring promptness and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain relationships and alliances with internal and external clients.
- Will review creative materials, look at details, identify if something is out of place
- Deliver timely, quality, clear, concise and accurate work.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in relevant discipline preferred (marketing, business, communications); minimum 2-year college degree and equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills (tact/diplomacy, listening, questioning).
- Proficiency with MS Office products - strong capability with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong sense of enthusiasm, interest and motivation in all aspects of the business.
- Familiarity with standard business concepts, practices and procedures
- Candidate will learn their creative review process and handle an aspect of campaign research
- Needs to have strong attention to detail; mature work ethic. The manager does not have time to hand hold so they need to take responsibility of the role.
- Looking for a marketing mindset; creative review a plus.
