A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading financial services firm based in Kent. They are looking for a Marketing Analysis and Planning Manager to work within their marketing department. This company are highly entrepreneurial and are looking to grow over the next couple of years.

The purpose of this role is:

- To support the acquisition team delivery of customer acquisition targets through analysis.
- Support the execution of all campaigns, online and offline
- Produce full analytics to support marketing campaigns.
- Provide analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness of all acquisition campaigns.
- Provide short term business strategy and long term forecasts and budgets.

To be considered for the role you must have the following skills in order of importance:

1 Marketing analytical skills/experience - attention to detail.
2 Direct Marketing experience
3 Communication and presentation skills.

Ideally any leadership experience or desire to move into Leadership would be highly beneficial.
