Market Risk Analyst

I am currently recruiting a Jr. Market Risk Analyst. The opportunity is located inNew York Citywith a global financial institution. This individual will be joining the Market Risk Management team working in close calibration with the front office trading desk. The duties of this team are not only to establish effect risk measurements, but rather to focus and support risk limits to be taken where the most optimal reward will be achieved. You will be responsible for the production and validation of multiple risk reports and presentations to senior level management. You will develop local infrastructure to improve the accuracy, efficiency and transparency of reporting systems. It will be expected that you communication effectively to solve problems within and across various functional areas including of the business. We are seeking a risk management profession with a degree in computer science, financial engineering or related field. They will be proficient with VBA, C++ and SQL programming. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills with knowledge of structured finance products. Experience with Bloomberg and Intex are desired.
