I have a new and exclusive opportunity for a strong team leader to provide direct and management of a global Market Data Vendor management team for this leading investment bank based inCanaryWharf. This role is short listing immediately, and will give the successful candidate the opportunity to lead multi million pound global negotiations and contracts

As the Market Data Vendor Manager Team Leader, you will be running your team based in London & Asia, and manage your specified group of vendors on behalf of Market Data Management to ensure the most cost effective market data services to meet business requirements

This is a senior level role, based in Canary Wharf London with a salary of £90,000- £120,000 dependant on experience.

Your role will include

* Vendor management with market data vendors
* Global contracts
* Team leading (hiring/ appraisals etc)
* Managing commercial negotiations
* Use your global purchasing power
* Streamline procedures for order management, cancellation, contract management and invoice payment

This is a superb opportunity for a strong team leader, with experience within market data and vendor management, who is looking to take on more viability and responsibility and grow within a multi billion pound bank based in the heart of Canary Wharf

Requirements

* Excellent Regional/global market data inventory management and cost allocation experience
* People management experience
* Proven knowledge of Market Data Vendor Management and contract negotiations
* Major market data vendor knowledge
* Good understanding of market data inventory systems, processes and procedures preferably MDM
* Finance & cost allocation process
* MA or MSc Finance or equivalent
* Global multi million £ value contract negotiations
