Market Data- Agile Business Analyst

This is a really great opportunity to be part of a well established growing team within an Investment Bank. My client is currently looking for an Agile Business Analyst based in a team which works with cross asset class technologies. This department has huge projects commencing in the New Year so it will be a very exciting time to join. Ideally they are looking for an Agile Business Analyst who has experience working in a large financial institution on projects that have been focused on the agile methodology and has experience of BDD given plenty of evidence of these areas.

This is a permanent role based inLondonCanaryWharf. They are looking to pay circa £60,000-£75,000 for this role.

This department is largely focused on Market data, so a lot of the team are focused on capturing prices, generating yield curves, risk calculation etc focused for other departments across IT. They are working on a project which will simplify all their day to day duties and responsibilities. They are looking to grow out the team of BA that they have in the team hence why they are looking for very strong Business Analyst skills for this role. They are ideally looking for a very bright and smart individual that can hit the ground running. This is a very strong and ambitious team they are trying to make all the current concepts and methodologies more efficient.

The most important attributes the successful candidate will need for this roll is strong Business Analyst skill so proven end to end BA skills from inception through to delivery. An agile background is also really important for this role they really need someone who can with ease talk through an explain agile and lean methodologies and how this will influence the team. They are also very much looking for people with BDD experience and someone who can explain the importance these approaches can have on a projects. Market Data knowledge would be highly preferable for this role as it will be largely sitting within a Market Data department.
