MY DUTIES:

- Consult in the Campaign Portal’s global rollout change management efforts
- Prepare training materials for Campaign Portal’s (Salesforce platform) global rollout o In-depth written documentation (Word, PowerPoint)
- Highlight One-Pagers (Word, PowerPoint)
- Learning Videos
- Maintain the training section of Campaign Portal’s Sharepoint
- Upload & update materials
- Schedule training sessions
- Maintain Q&A section
- Execute & facilitate training classroom sessions via video-conferencing solutions • Provide detailed, on-call user support for training related questions
- Data migration from PowerPoint to Campaign Portal
- Communicate directly with market key users & global product team
- Participate in weekly Campaign Portal team meetings
- Channel learnings, feedback & improvement potentials to Campaign Portal’s
- Product Owner & Change Management lead
- Most of the trainings must be delivered in APAC & Portland time zones

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven ability to plan, organize and execute in an agile product environment
- Expert communication skills to guide new (market) users to adopt a newly introduced software
- Process analysis expertise
- Self-starter mindset with positive attitude
- IT skills: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira – Salesforce a clear benefit
- Language: English Spoken & Written a must, German a benefit
