IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Responsible for managing – i.e. planning, coordinating and communicating – complex project management tasks and ensuring that operational tasks in the RE Market Access group are performed compliant and to quality standards
-Provide key support in the execution and operation of the MAx project strategy
-Modify, define and execute key processes across the organization to ensure smooth logistical running of the allocated project
-Keep track and provide an overview of the projects – ensuring all projects are executed according to plan and processes are in place logistically
-Manage project(s) across Franchise and Division and/or on specific brands including appropriate Stakeholder Management
-Independently handle initiatives (from kick-off to implementation)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Legal or business related studies
-Proven track record in project management skills
-Deep insight into applying legal and compliance processes in practice with support from Compliance and Legal
-Well-organized, excellent time management in relation to priorities and self-management
-Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality with demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships
-Ability to swiftly come to a decision and involve the right team members in the right situation at the right time
-Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
-Very good written and spoken English
