IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Alignment of internal pricing strategies for two Legal Entities
-Drive administrative process for internal and external pricing
-Harmonisation of the hospital business regarding purchasing groups
-Local support of the German T and C management (Tender / Open House Contracts)
-FRP support (individual support for complex issues)
-Drive coordinated policy work as well as communication to public health office and stakeholders

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-BS/BA, plus profound experience as Contracts Manager or Contracts Specialist (or equivalent legal and/or other contracting experience) with proven contract management skills, including substantive experience in managing, reviewing, revising and negotiating commercial and supplier contracts
-Demonstrated ability to work within tight schedules and under pressure, work independently and as part of a team
-Good judgment skills regarding in balancing business and commercial needs and potential risks/exposures
-Above average writing skills and demonstrated knowledge of business law terminology to ensure a comprehensive review and commentary of business contracts
-Demonstrated proficiency of the latest MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and related electronic tools for editing, documenting, tracking and communication
-Experience with a contract lifecycle management system is desirable
