Location: Portsmouth easily commutable from Southampton, Hampshire, Reading and with excellent access from South Coast
Rate: £15.00 p/h LTD

OUTSOURCE UK LTD are actively seeking to recruit a Manufacturing Operative for a contract role on behalf of a client.

THE CLIENT:
A leading Engineering and Defence organisation

THE JOB:
Our leading Defence client are looking to recruit a Manufacturing Operative, working in the Wax Room, assembling and modifying of wax moulds and loading into fixtures.

Duties include:
Able to read & understand assembly drawing instructions
Manual dexterity
Use of soldering irons
Able to carry out manual assembly work
Using various hand tools
Manual Lifting

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Responsible for completing operations in a set time
Responsible for the quality of parts produced
Reporting to Team Leader
Meeting targets in terms of cost & delivery

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE
Working in a team environment
Good hand/eye coordination
Good communication skills
Health & Safety awareness
Good personal, interpersonal, time management and organisational skills,
Basic computer skills
Flexible approach to undertake additional duties if required
