You'll re-assess and lead the investment & maintenance programs for the plant.
You'll manage CAPEX projects including the addition of large machinery over the next 3 years.
You'll work closely with various manufacturing cells to deliver results, improve skills and improve OEE.

You'll be educated to degree/equivalent level in a mechanical engineering and will come from a project engineering maintenance & CAPEX background with a proven track record in successfully running engineering programmes.
You'll have a proven record of successfully driving modern manufacturing techniques within new environments and mentoring staff to develop higher skill levels.
