IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Coordinating and controlling manufacturing projects from concept to post production launch ensuring delivery to timing deadlines, cost and quality
-Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions
-Produce deliverables on-time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary
-Planning, directing, and coordinating preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met
-Reviewing and verifying project documents for completeness, format, and compliance with contract requirements
-Supporting FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests)
-Driving process and component quality improvements to improve FTPR (First Time Pass Rate), OBQ, (Out of Box Quality) Warranty PPM (Parts Per Million)
-Assessment of components and processes to identify causes of failure and feedback into Engineering, Manufacturing and to Suppliers
-Support improvements of internal process yield and external quality PPM by the redesign and implementation of tooling, jigs, fixtures and test equipment.
-Identify, install and commission new equipment to meet the businesses changing product and process needs
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-University degree in Engineering discipline
-Relevant experience within electro-mechanical assembly business
-Experience in manufacturing / operations / engineering role
-Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
-Able to analyse and make decisions based on data
-Able to travel
