MANUFACTURING BIOPROCESS TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT TIME opportunity with Yoh's client located in Vacaville, CA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS AS A MANUFACTURING BIOPROCESS TECHNICIAN:

- Current Good Manufacturing Practices

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A MANUFACTURING BIOPROCESS TECHNICIAN

- Cleaning, sterilizing, operating and clean fixed tank and filtration systems and operate large scale column chromatography systems.
- Operate the small-scale cell culture areas and systems by operating, cleaning, setting up and maintaining 20L batch re-feed bioreactors.
- Inoculating and maintain spinner seed cultures using aseptic techniques, maintaining cell banks
- Performing general seed lab operations

WHAT A MANUFACTURING BIOPROCESS TECHNICIAN NEEDS TO BRING INTO THE TABLE:

- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Familiarity with computer-based systems is desirable.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AS A MANUFACTURING BIOPROCESS TECHNICIAN:

- AS/BS/BA Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering or an equivalent combination of some college education with a focus in science and related work experience
