Manufacturing Associate II

Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for a MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE II to join our client, the world leader in the pharmaceutical industry, located in Longmont, CO.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Hands on operations including set-up, clean in-place (CIP), pressure test (PT), steam in-place (SIP), and operation of large scale production equipment.
- Dispensing Raw Materials for the MFG process.
- Weighing powders and liquids, placing into totes and documenting steps. Solid understanding of Manufacturing GMP's.
- Operation of labware glasswashers and sterilization autoclaves.
- Hands-on operation, set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of chromatography and tangential flow filtration (TFF) equipment, Fermentors, bioreactors, and tanks
- Prepare buffers and medias, perform and monitor critical processes
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions
- Perform complex troubleshooting
- Adherence to GMPs, aseptic technique, and clean room behavior

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree in Biology/Life Sciences recommended; relevant work experience.
- GMP Knowledge.
- Strong documentation skills.
