Manual QA Role

Desirable skills and experience: * Solid manual and exploratory testing is required * Good understanding of Agile principles and values including working experience on a Scrum team * Awareness of TDD and BDD is desirable * Knowledge of developing automation tests and harness using tools such as Cucumber, RSpec and Selenium-WebDriver is a plus * Knowledge of carrying out performance and loadtesting with tools like JMeter are also helpful * Working experience with Jira and Confluence * Excellent written and verbal communication skills The Role * Participating with the project team in agile planning, review, retrospective and backlog grooming activities * Collaborating with the team to derive project scope from goals through the creation of value focused User Stories * Facilitating communication between technical and non technical project stakeholders, driving a shared understanding of the domain * Testing experience in agile development environment (TDD, BDD
