Manager Statistical Programming

This bay area Oncology client is interested in expanding their biometrics team and bringing on a talented Principal Programmer to the already established, stable, and thriving group. This client has several products on the market and a robust pipeline of more than 15 products.

Responsibilities include:

• SAS Programming Manager will oversee programming activities for a drug indication
•Overview of analysis dataset specifications to ensure consistency across protocols for a given drug indication
•Comfortable with electronic data and documentation provided from Statistical Programming delivered to a regulatory agency.
•Mange quality requirements in coordination with Regulatory Compliance
•Cross Functional across the organization on project deliverables and timelines for projects within area of responsibility
•Provide technical leadership and directly contribute to technical development and process improvement within Statistical Computing.
•Work with senior management, HR, and vendors to identify qualified employees/contractors.
•train and manage employees and contractors within Programming
•Maintenance of training records for direct reports
•Adhere to principles of GCP
•Develop, apply and promote consistent programming standards through standard processes and SOPs.
•Identify areas of deficiency requiring SOPs or guidelines and develop and execute a plan to rectify.
•Follow guidelines and specifications on validation procedures and data transfer procedures
