Projektbeschreibung

This position is responsible to provide marketing communications support for several of the following categories as it relates to marketing programs/initiatives/projects: budget-related management, marketing systems and processes, program analysis, marketing efficiency, effectiveness improvements and related best practices.

Additionally, this role will work with corporate marketing across BUs, Geos, and various marketing functions to ensure consistent strategy, planning, and execution. The role may also require support of sales enablement, internal communications and integrated planning processes and launches.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES:

- Manage the development and effective execution of marketing program/projects/initiatives that meet both marketing and business goals.
- Proactively work with cross-functional/cross-organizational teams in order to effectively manage marketing initiatives and objectives.
- Support and implement creative processes and solutions for better business outcomes.
- Influence program measurement and analysis to be able to report on efficiencies, effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay current with industry trends and standards.
- Stay current on client messaging, positioning and corporate strategy.
- Work with management on effective budget use and potential cost-saving measures.
- Develop proposed concepts and content for globally facing programs.
- Analyze and challenge current working methods to create improvements in processes and results.
- Work with senior management in initiating project related work that impacts functional operations.
- Understand related processes (financial, legal, procurement, etc.) as they relate to marketing programs to ensure compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships in support of marketing program/project/initiatives.
- Manage a team of people in support of the department, strategy and execution goals.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

- Typically 7 years of marketing experience preferred
- Management experience a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Marketing, Communications or a business related field preferred
- Must have market/industry knowledge regarding marketing and campaign development
- Knowledge of marketing mix and best practices of marketing mix to ensure plans drive to marketing objectives
- Customer focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience managing budgets
